PUBG Esports is launching Player of the Day (PoD) — a brand-new fan vote program where YOU choose the most impressive player on every PGS Final Day.
What Is Player of the Day?
Player of the Day is a fan-driven spotlight that runs during every Tournament's Final Day broadcast. While the players battle it out on the biggest stage, you'll have the chance to cast your vote for the one player who left the biggest impression — and your pick will be officially recognized by PUBG Esports.
This isn't an MVP award. It's not tied to official standings or match scores. Player of the Day is about the moments that move you as a fan — and only you can decide what that means.
What Makes a Player of the Day?
There's no single formula. A Player of the Day could be someone who:
Carried their team with dominant fragging and damage output
Clutched a round by turning an impossible situation around
Survived through masterful positioning, rotations, and game sense
Outplayed with creative utility usage — grenades, Panzerfausts, BRDMs, and more
Created THE moment — the play everyone will be talking about long after the broadcast ends
These aren't strict criteria. They're just a reminder that greatness in PUBG takes many forms. Vote for whoever impressed you the most — that's all that matters.
How It Works
Watch the Final Day broadcast. Player of the Day voting takes place on every Tournaments Final Day.
Cast your vote. Once voting opens, head to the PUBG Esports website to submit your pick. You get one vote per Final Day — choose one player out of all 64 competitors.
Follow the race. Live vote standings will be revealed during the broadcast, so you can see who's leading in real time.
See the results. After the Finals concludes, the Player of the Day will be announced across PUBG Esports social channels — along with highlight content celebrating their performance.
Each Player of the Day will also be featured in dedicated post-tournament content, including interviews, behind-the-scenes features, and highlight packages.
