With some teams already qualified for the PUBG Global Championship (PGC) 2026 from PEC and PAS, it’s high time to announce which team has been awarded the host nation wildcard slot!

Each PGC, the top performing team from the region where PGC is taking place gets a direct invite to the PGC Grand Finals.

After a tightly contested PUBG EMEA Championship: Fall, we’re excited to announce that S2G Esports has been awarded the PGC 2026 Host Nation Wildcard slot, in recognition of their strong performance on the regional stage!

S2G will begin their PUBG Global Championship journey in the Grand Finals, taking place December 11–13 live in Istanbul.

The race for the remaining PGC qualification spots is still on. Tune in to the PUBG Global Series, running Wednesday, October 14 through November 1, to see which teams will qualify.

Congratulations once again, S2G!
