We have identified an issue regarding the rewards provided with tickets for the PUBG Nations Cup 2025 (PNC 2025) Final Stage (July 25–27). Specifically, the 'PNC 2025 Starter Pack' included voting coupons that could not be used on the day of the event.

We sincerely apologize to all fans who experienced inconvenience during the reward redemption process.

Due to this issue with the voting coupons, we have prepared an additional small compensation for fans who attended the event.

• Eligibility: Fans who purchased Final Stage tickets and activated their redeem codes in-game
• Compensation: 250,000 BP (Equivalent BP value to included 5 Voting Coupons )
• Distribution Schedule:

  • 1st distribution: August 5

  • 2nd distribution: September 1

To receive this compensation, you must activate your redeem code and claim all previously provided rewards in-game by 14:59 UTC on August 30, 2025. Compensation will be delivered according to the schedule above. Fans who have not yet activated their redemption codes should complete activation within the stated period.
